We use cookies to record user-specific information on what pages user access or visit, and record past activities at our site in order to provide better services and personalization. If you choose not to accept cookies with your browser, you may not be able to use parts of our site features that requires cookies.

The information we do collect is used to improve our site and provide a trustable environment for services transactions. The use of this information goes to bettering the user experience, dispute resolution, fees collection, bug fixing, transaction facilitation, policy enforcement, customization, and user updates.

KaZuum also collects anonymous statistics from its users regarding the site - individual users cannot be identified from this information.  Anonymous statistics regarding usage on our site will only be used internally by KaZuum, and we do not share, rent, or distribute this information to outside parties. If you would like to opt out of this process, please contact us.

If you have provided personal and/or company information via email or a form on our site, this information will only be used to communicate with you. It will never be sold, leased or transferred to other parties. We will not disclose your information without your approval unless:

1) To comply with law enforcement agencies.
2) In urgent situations to protect the personal safety and/or rights of our users.
3) To defend KaZuum from abuse.

In response to concerns about protecting children's privacy online, Congress enacted the Children's online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA"), which sets forth rules and procedures governing the ways in which Web sites may collect, use and disclose any personal information for children under the age of 13. In accordance with COPPA regulations, we DO NOT:

1) Request or knowingly collect personally identifiable online or offline contact information from visitors under 13 years of age;
2) Knowingly use or share personal information from visitors under 13 years of age with third parties;
3) Give children the ability to publicly post or otherwise distribute personally identifiable contact information;
4) Entice children with the prospect of a special game, prize or other activity to divulge more information than is needed to participate in the activity.  
5) Allow visitors under the age of 13 to register user accounts on KaZuum

2. Privacy Options

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.

3. Site Security  

We use industry-standard encryption technologies to protect your information, however most breaches of security stem from user error (social engineering).
You are responsible for keeping your password safe, do not share your account or password with anyone else.  You should always logout, and avoid using public computers or unsecured network. Use a secure password with a good length and mix of letters, numbers, and characters.  We are not liable for any unauthorized usage of your account, but in the event your login is compromised, notify us immediately, and we will assist you in whatever ways we can.
